with Oberweis Mild, Sharp, and English Cheddar Cheeses

Ingredients list:
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 ounces Oberweis Mild Cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces Oberweis Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 ounces Oberweis English Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)

  1. Prepare the cheese by grating the cheese or slice it into small cubes, toss with flour to coat the cheese well. Set aside.
  2. Place beer, garlic, dry mustard, and Worcestershire in a pot on medium heat and combine well.
  3. When the beer mixture is warm, add one-third of the cheese and whisk very well.
  4. Once the cheese has been incorporated well, continue to whisk in the cheese until it is all incorporated. Whisk until the cheese is smooth.
  5. Serve with Chopped Boulart Ciabatta Demi-Baguette, Big Fork Hickory & Applewood Bacon Sausage, Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage, and seasonal vegetables, for dipping.
