Pepperjack and guacamole make this playful spin on grilled cheese the perfect accompaniment to chicken tortilla soup and a handful of tortilla chips.

Ingredients list:
  • 4 slices Natural Oven’s White or Whole Grain Bread
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Oberweis Salted Butter
  • 6 slices Oberweis Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 4 slices Oberweis Thick Cut Bacon
  • 4 T Yucatan Guacamole

  1. Prepare the bacon using your favorite method, then cut slices in half.
  2. Butter all sides of the bread slices
  3. Place two slices of bread in a frying pan.
  4. Add two slices of cheese to both pieces of bread.
  5. Place bacon on top of the cheese.
  6. Add another slice of pepperjack cheese.
  7. Place 2 Tablespoons of guacamole on top of the final cheese slice.
  8. Place the other slice of bread onto the sandwich.
  9. Cook on medium until slightly brown.
  10. Flip.
  11. Cook the other side on medium until slightly brown and cheese is melted.
  12. Enjoy!
