That feeling when you’ve found the loaf of your life. Try making our sweet Blueberry Peach Brioche French toast when you’re short on time, but have lots of mouths to feed. It’s a hearty meal of thick, golden St Pierre Brioche French Toast slices served with Seal the Seasons' blueberries and peaches. Simply prep the day before, store in the fridge overnight, then pop into the oven an hour before serving. Enjoy with a glass of freshly squeezed Oberweis orange juice – it'll feel like you’re having a luxurious breakfast in Paris. Ooh la la!

Ingredients list:
  • 1 Loaf of St. Pierre Brioche bread, thickly sliced
  • 6 Seven Sons Pasture-Raised Eggs
  • ½ Cup Oberweis Traditional Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 1 Cup Seal the Seasons Michigan Sliced Peaches
  • 1 Cup Seal the Seasons Michigan Blueberries
  • ½ Cup of powdered sugar sifted
  • Warm serving of Oberweis Maple Syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange bread slices in a large casserole dish and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour evenly over bread slices. Add sliced peaches and blueberries evenly in and around the brioche slices.
  3. If making straight away let mixture sit for 10-15 minutes and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 mins or until bread is golden. Serve with sifted powdered sugar and warm maple syrup.
  4. NOTE: To make the night before place plastic wrap tightly over French toast and refrigerate until morning.
