DEVILED EGGS

with Garden Fresh Gourmet Hummus

A new twist on an old classic.

Makes Eight Servings

Ingredients list:
  • 1 8-Ounce Container Garden Fresh Gourmet™ Organic Original Hummus
  • 2 Tablespoons Buffalo Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oberweis Bacon (chopped),
  • 8 Hard-Boiled Phil's large brown free range eggs

  1. Boil eggs 8 Phil’s Farm Fresh Eggs. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mash egg yolks with a fork in bowl.
  2. • 8 oz Garden Fresh Gourmet Original Hummus • 2 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce • Salt & Pepper to Taste. Combine ingredients above with mashed egg yolks.
  3. • Zip Top Bag • Paprika and Olive Oil Transfer to a zip top plastic bag and cut the corner to pipe. Pipe a generous amount of filling into each egg. Finish with a sprinkling of paprika and optional drizzle of olive oil.
