HOT AND CRISPY
with Nordic Creamery Garlic Basil Butter
Get ready to fall in c-LOVE with our Garlic Bread recipe. It’s a warm, toasted Boulart Ciabatta Demi-Baguette that’s pillowy soft with a crispy crust. Spread a heaping scoop of Nordic Creamery’s Garlic Basil Butter, grated Sartori SarVecchio Parmesan, garlic and chopped parsley on each half. Throw it in the oven for about 15 minutes until the butter and cheese reach maximum meltiness, then it’s ready to be served! YUM!
2 loaf Boulart Ciabatta Demi-Baguette
5 tbsp Nordic Creamery Garlic Basil Butter
3 cloves garlic, pureed or very finely chopped
5 tbsp Sartori SarVecchio Parmesan, grated
1 tsp finely chopped parsley leaves
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the horizontally into halves. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese and parsley together. Stir to mix well. Brush the mixture generously on the sliced baguette.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the garlic Parmesan mixture is a bit crusty. Remove from heat, let cool a little bit, and slice into pieces using bread knife. Best served warm.
