Party time! Treat your guests to an amazing spread of tasty tostadas. They have the option to build their meal with Xtraordinary Whites Shrimp, Seven Sons Shredded Chicken, or Allen Brothers Flank Steak. Once all of your guests have eaten, you’ll notice million-watt smiles all around!

Ingredients list:
  • 2 Seven Sons Pasture-Raised Chicken Thighs (Shredded)
  • 10 Oberweis Shrimp
  • 1 Allen Brothers Flank Steak
  • 3/4 cup Angel hair cabbage or a mix of greens
  • 1 Oberweis Sour Cream
  • 4 Cilantro, sprigs
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Lime, wedges or Natalie’s Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 Radishes
  • 4 serrano peppers
  • 1/2 cup Yucatan Guacamole
  • 1 Garden Fresh Mango Peach Salsa
  • Wild Tree Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 6 tostada shell
  • 1 cojita cheese

  1. Lightly cover grill with non-stick. Turn grill on to medium-high heat. In a large bowl whisk together vegetable oil wild tree taco seasoning mix. Add the chicken, shrimp or grilled steak and toss to coat. Grill until cooked through and lightly charred, about 4 minutes per side. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding.
  2. To serve, layer tostada shell with greens (or angel hair cabbage), corn salsa, radishes, cilantro, serrano peppers, sour cream, cojita cheese and lime wedges.
  3. Top with guacamole or salsa.
