Word of advice? Just wing it this summer. No pool party spread is complete without our Grilled Honey Buffalo Wings. They’re sweet, tangy, and the juicy meat slides right off the bone. We seasoned Seven Sons Pasture Raised Chicken Wings with salt and pepper, then marinated them in a sauce made with brown sugar, buffalo sauce (your favorite brand will work perfect!), Worcestershire sauce, and Bee Raw Florida Orange Honey. Make sure to baste regularly while the wings are on the grill so that they’re succulent and moist. Serve with a sprinkling of Kingston Creamery Amish Heritage blue cheese crumbles for a flavor combo your guests will love!

Ingredients list:
  • 1 Bag Seven Sons Pasture Raised Chicken Wings
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cups Buffalo Sauce (use your favorite brand)
  • 2 tbsp Bee Raw Florida Orange Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Kingston Creamery Amish Heritage Blue Cheese Crumbles

  1. Season and marinate the chicken first, then place the wings on your grill and let it do all the work. Baste it often with the reserved marinade to keep it moist while it cooks.
  2. Prep: Salt and pepper the wings.
  3. Whisk: In a medium sized bowl combine buffalo sauce, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve 1 cup of the sauce.
  4. Toss: Add the wings to the sauce and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Grill: Heat the grill to medium high heat. Place the wings on the grill and turn occasionally until crispy. Baste with marinade every time you turn the chicken.
  6. Baste and Serve: Remove wings from the grill and baste with marinade. Serve with ranch or favorite dipping sauce.
