Inspired by winter citrus flavors, this cocktail is made with Natalie’s Orchid Island Blood Orange Juice, sweetened with ginger beer, and made boozy with a mix of vodka and St. Germain elderflower liquor. Prep this bevvy before your party and give it a good shake before serving in a cocktail glass or pitcher. Garnish with fizzy ginger beer, festive pomegranate seeds, and done. Simply Delicious.

Ingredients list:
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain (elderflower liquor)
  • 1/3 cup Natalie’s Orchid Island Blood Orange Juice
  • Ginger beer, for topping
  • pomegranate arils, for topping
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme or mint

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add the vodka, elderflower liquor (if using), and Blood Orange Juice.
  2. Top with ginger beer.
  3. Add the pomegranates and thyme or mint. Enjoy!
