When I dip, you dip, we dip into this fresh and creamy Mediterranean Dip! It’s super simple to make and is the perfect addition to any dinner spread. Our rendition includes creamy Green Mountain Plain Greek Yogurt, salty Divina Kalamata Olives, tangy Odyssey Feta Cheese Crumbles, tart Natalie’s Lemon Juice. The flavors harmonize together and taste simply divine – you’ve got to try it!

Ingredients list:
  • 2 cups Green Mountain Plain Greek Yogurt
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped Divina Kalamata Olives
  • 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Odyssey Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Natalie’s Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Divina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Boulart Ciabatta Demi-Baguette Toast Points for serving

  1. Spread plain greek yogurt over a shallow serving platter or dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and using the back of a spoon, swirl seasonings into yogurt.
  2. Top with olives, chopped roasted red peppers, feta cheese and parsley. Squeeze lemon juice over entire thing.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil and top with more salt and pepper. Serve alongside pita chips.
