Winner, winner, chicken dinner! Our Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Breast is full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Prep is easy! All you have to do is marinate Kock Foods Chicken Breasts with a mixture made with Divina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cavalli Classico Balsamic Vinegar and Natalie’s Lime Juice. Using chicken in your recipes is beneficial because it’s a rich source of protein, which aids in building and repairing tissue as well as maintaining muscle mass. Each breast is juicy and tender - don’t be surprised when all your guests beg for the recipe!

Ingredients list:
  • 4 - 6 Koch Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Divina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Cavalli Classico Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Natalie’s Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  1. In a large bowl, prepare chicken marinade by mixing together Divina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cavalli Classico Balsamic Vinegar, Natalie’s Lime Juice, paprika, dried coriander, garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
  2. Place 4-6 Koch Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets in a large bowl.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken fillets and toss with tongs.
  4. Refrigerate and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 5-10 minutes per side (longer amount of time will be needed if using an indoor grill) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
