Skip the skewer for a scooper with our easy-to-make s’more ice cream sandwiches. It’s a rich, creamy scoop of Oberweis Chocolate Marshmallow Ice Cream topped with golden toasted marshmallows and a sultry drizzle of Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce sandwiched between two cinnamon-dusted graham crackers. One taste and everyone will be begging for s’more!

Ingredients list:
  • 1 Quart Oberweis Chocolate Marshmallow Ice Cream
  • 25 small marshmallows
  • 4 graham crackers
  • Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce

  1. Toast 25 small marshmallows on a skewer over an open fire or if you’re inside, line up marshmallows on a baking sheet and broil in the oven at 325 degrees until the tops are toasted golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven, turn over the marshmallows, return the tray to the oven and toast that side until golden brown.
  2. Crack one graham cracker in half and place a scoop of Oberweis chocolate marshmallow ice cream on one of the halves.
  3. Place toasted marshmallows on the scoop of ice cream and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
  4. Place the second half of graham cracker on top of the scoop of ice cream so that it resembles a sandwich.
