When you’re in the mood for seafood, make waves in the kitchen with our juicy salmon burgers. Each salmon patty is made fresh with healthy ingredients including Sixty South Salmon, Phil’s large omega 3 brown eggs, and tasty spices and seasonings. Packed with texture and all the flavor, we prepped this burger by layering the salmon patty with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and a satisfying drizzle of spicy sriracha mayo all between a soft brioche bun.

Ingredients list:
  • 1 package sixty south salmon
  • 1 Phil’s Large Omega 3 Brown Egg
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (we used Italian)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cumin
  • 3 tbls Natalie’s Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Avocado
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Sriracha mayo: 3 tbls Green Mountain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbl sriracha
  • 3-4 S. Rosen's Brioche Hamburger Buns

  1. In a food processor, add salmon and pulse into a rough chop. In a small bowl, add egg and beat lightly. add breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, garlic, lemon juice and pinch of salt and pepper. stir until well combined. Add salmon and stir. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. meanwhile, make salmon into patties. Cook patties for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through Top with garnishes and sriracha mayo!
