Every bagel needs a good dip or spread. Ultra-creamy and savory Bagel Dip. This classic recipe comes to life with Oberweis sour cream to be the perfect savory dip for any bagel.

Ingredients list:
  • 8 oz Oberweis sour cream
  • 8 oz mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill week dried
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3 oz Volpi Genoa Salame Slices

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add accent seasoning, dill weed, garlic powder, and onion powder, then mix until combined.
  3. Fold in chopped sliced salame. If desired, leave out -2 tablespoons for decorating the top of dip.
  4. Serve immediately with bagels for dipping or spreading. If desired, garnish with a little extra chopped salame and dill weed for presentation.
