Ingredients list:
  • Crunchmaster Tuscan Peasant Simply Olive Oil & Sea Salt Crackers
  • 6 oz package of Gerard & Dominique Seafoods Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon
  • 8 oz Smithfield cream cheese
  • ½ cup Oberweis Traditional sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Natalie's Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice in bowl or food processor, and run until combined, about a minute. Add the remining ingredients, and run until everything is incorporated. Spread the dip onto the crackers. Top with salmon. Optional – garnish with fresh dill. Can also be created on a cucumber.
