with Fontanini Meatballs

Life is all about exploring pasta-bilities! So we decided to make Spaghetti & Meatball Skewers because who says you can’t enjoy pasta on a stick? Our recipe features all-natural ingredients including O’Sole Mio Linguine, Linguine Sisters Marinara Sauce and a Fontanini Meatball. The taste is im-pasta-bly delicious and let’s face it, they’re so much fun to eat!

Ingredients list:
  • Fontanini Meatballs
  • 2/3 cup Sartori SarVecchio parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz O’Sole Mio Linguini
  • 3 tbsp Oberweis Salted butter
  • 1 tbsp spinach and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup Linguini Sisters Marinara Sauce
  • Skewers or forks

  1. Heat the meatballs per the instructions
  2. While the meatballs are cooking, boil the linguini.
  3. Once boiled, mix in butter and remaining parmesan cheese.
  4. Toss in spinach and herb seasoning.
  5. In a separate pan, heat the marinara sauce
  6. Let simmer.
  7. On the skewer, twirl the linguini.
  8. Skewer meatballs and dip in marinara.
  9. Sprinkle in more cheese.
  10. Enjoy!
