Follow these tips to create a flawless charcuterie board every time using our carefully curated collection of meats, cheeses, honeys, crackers, nuts, and fruits.

Appetizers for approximately 6 - 12 people

Ingredients list:
  • Volpi Genova Salame Chub
  • Vopli Genova Salame Slices
  • Ile de France Petit Brie
  • Sartori BellaVitano Reserve Balsamic Cheese
  • Olina‚Äôs Wafer Crackers
  • Dried Dates
  • Dried Apricots
  • Nuts of Choice
  • Bee Raw Maine Wild Raspberry Honey
  • Fresh Blueberries and Raspberries
  • Fresh Herbs of Choice

  1. Choose a surface for your charcuterie board. We used a hand-crafted exotic wood board from a local Chicago artisan.
  2. Place your cheeses in three corners of the board.
  3. Swirl meats between your cheeses on your board. Use the techniques of folding and fluffing for larger salami pieces. Fold each piece of sliced salami in half, and then in quarters. Continue to fold additional pieces. Stack the folded salami with the openings all in the same direction and hold the corners between your thumb and index finger. Fluff the folded salami openings to make them open up like flowers and fan to create a swirl with the meat. Add two of the other salamis of choice around the other cheeses.
  4. Add your crackers near the center of your board.
  5. Arrange berries and dried cranberries in between cheeses and meats.
  6. Add final touches with herbs and flowers.
  7. Relax and enjoy!
