Transfer Center Manager

Oversee the daily operations. These include hiring a delivery driver team, leading our new driver group, leading our safety initiative, creating and leading a customer service culture, supporting our sales department and controlling operating expenses.

Assistant Transfer Center Manager

Assist in the responsibilities for learning and executing the skills required to manage the daily operations of the Transfer Centers. These skills include but are not limited to: leading our driver group, leading our safety initiative, creating and leading a customer service culture, supporting our sales department, delivery execution, inventory management and controlling operating expenses.

D2D Sales Territory Managers

Help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. Responsible for maximizing sales team potential.

D2D Sales Associates

Obtain new customers to build density and expand our business. You will be engaging with the community through: Door to Door Activities, Business Relationships, Chamber of Commerce, Local Farmer/craft markets, Trade Shows, and Festivals.

Director of Procurement and Logistics

Review and contribute to solution designs and also define logistic requirements and processes. Self-driven and possesses an unyielding commitment to excellence, while maintaining a high sense of urgency in the entire logistics process, procurement through delivery to end user.

Inventory Analyst

Manage and track inventory from the point of PO issuance to Customer Receipt. Areas within the process that will require attention are; PO receiving, management of inventory stocking levels for our 9 transfer centers, and customer order fulfillment rates.

Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate operations leader who has experience developing warehouse solutions that meet customer requirements in efficient and effective manners. This individual will review and contribute to solution designs and also define requirements and processes.

Warehouse Manager

A passionate operations leader who has experience developing warehouse solutions that meet customer requirements in efficient and effective manners. This individual will review and contribute to solution designs and also define requirements and processes.

Freezer Worker

Responsible for inventory flow into and out of the freezer. Activities will range from putaway, picking, FIFO stock rotation, loading, unloading and inventory. Candidates should be motivated, have a positive attitude and be reliable.

Cooler Worker

An active participant in our warehouse operations and activities. You will store materials, and pick and load orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should be motivated and a self-thinker with a good attendance record.

Home Delivery Drivers

Safely drive a company vehicle on established routes to unload pre-ordered products. Each route and delivery day are unique and entail an average 15 – 20 wholesale stops.

Home Delivery Jumpers

Assist Home Delivery Drivers in distributing products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Internal Route Drivers/CDL Drivers

A Class B Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our dairy stores. Represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our customer satisfaction.

Loader/Spotter

An energetic order picker to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. Operates warehouse equipment to build and send appropriate orders.
